Mina pays keen attention to alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility.
She enjoys the challenge of shaping her sessions to suit the particular needs and ability of each student. Mina also loves working with absolute beginners, as well as more advanced students.
She says, "Yoga has the reputation of being only for 30-somethings with perfect bodies. Not true. Anybody at any age can benefit from yoga."
